Alexandra Road
This project saw a run-down two-bedroom period property taken right back to brick and fully renovated throughout.
Internally, the layout was reworked to make better use of the space, splitting one large double bedroom into two single rooms and increasing the property from a two-bedroom to a three-bedroom home.
The works included a complete electrical rewire, new windows, new roof, a brand-new kitchen and bathroom, full redecoration, flooring, landscaping and external upgrades.
While the finish was completely modernised, original character features such as the fireplaces were carefully preserved, keeping the charm of the period property while creating a fresh, practical and beautifully finished home.
