The All Inn Mews development showcases our ability to successfully deliver a thoughtfully designed multi-building residential scheme from concept through to completion. Constructed as a fully furnished private rental development, the project comprises 10 one-bedroom apartments arranged across four distinct buildings. The site includes a prominent three-storey front block containing six apartments, a separate rear block with two apartments, and two individual bungalow-style apartments positioned to the side, creating a varied street scene while maximising the available space. Working closely alongside Brightman Clarke Architects, we helped develop a scheme that enhances the surrounding area whilst remaining in keeping with the character of neighbouring properties, resulting in a contemporary development that complements its local setting.

Our team delivered every stage of the construction process, from initial site clearance and groundworks through to final completion. The project included traditional masonry construction, roofing works with integrated solar PV panels, complete internal fit-out and finishing, together with all external works including parking areas, paving, landscaping and extensive resin-bound surfacing. The widespread use of resin throughout the development provides a clean, contemporary appearance while delivering a durable, low-maintenance finish.
